Part 1 includes an account of Clark Sharp's NDE as a result of a medical crisis, including after-effects. Account of her experiences as a Social Worker, including validation of veridical perception experienced by Maria, a migrant worker, during an NDE. Suggestions about how to assist people during and after an occurrence during which they might experience an NDE, including how to help them to re-orient themselves back into their bodies. These suggestions are based on the presenter's own experiences and on interviews with people who had to be resuscitated by medical personnel about what they would have found helpful. Part 2 gives Research that Regina Hoffman has done on the disclosure of NDEs, including the reasons NDErs choose to take the risk of disclosure, how disclosure affects the immune system, the difficulty of describing an NDE with words, and the effects on non-NDErs who listen to accounts of NDEs is presented.
