I had overdosed on prescribed medications (MS Cotin and Ativan). I was told I stopped breathing for seven minutes. A week later I woke up in ICU and spent another week and a half there.

During the time that I was "asleep" from the overdose to the hospitalization I was in a hyperreal state. I remember people talking around me. I also felt like I was floating and moved around the ambulance. In the beginning, I also felt extreme pain and an evil presence. Later, I felt joy especially after waking up. I felt like I had a spiritual experience.
