I am a retired police officer and hold a doctorate in public administration. Outside of NDE study, my primary research interest is in Broken Windows policing and the field of code enforcement. Specific to NDEs, my primary interests are in features of reported Distressing NDEs and the intersection of NDEs with public safety and first responders. I am from Northern California, but now live outside Fort Worth, Texas.
