IANDS Conference 2026 will take place in Bellevue, Washington from August 27th through August 30th, with a pre-conference day on August 26th.
IANDS Conference 2026 offers an exhibit floor featuring 18 tabletop exhibits showcasing products and services of interest to our 1,000 attendees. Exhibitors spend four days interacting with researchers, healthcare professionals, experiencers, and other people with an interest in near-death experiences and related phenomena.
The exhibit floor is open August 27, 28 and 29, from 9 am to 7 pm. and Sunday, August 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Exhibitor set up is on August 26th from 9 am to 4 pm. Please be sure to review our exhibitor rules and information.
Exhibits costs are $329 for 501c3 nonprofits and $399 for businesses. Booth spaces include a six-foot table and two chairs. Electricity is not included, but exhibitors may bring battery powered lights such as tabletop lamps. Wi-Fi connection is provided. IANDS exhibitors must offer products and services that are mission-consistent. All exhibitor applications are subject to review and approval.
