For Symposium attendees seeking continuing education (CE), the cost of CE is $15 in addition to the Symposium registration fee and paid at the time of registration.
This program is Approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval # 886851476-1932) for 5 continuing education contact hours.
Professional counselors, and other healthcare professionals who can use National Board for Certified Counselors continuing education to fulfill their CE requirement: You may earn up to five (5) hours of CE by attending the Symposium. This continuing education opportunity is provided through IANDS’s partnership with the Association for Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling, a division of the American Counseling Association.
Nurses: This activity has been submitted to Emergency Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. Emergency Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Other healthcare professionals: We have applied to provide CE to other select healthcare professionals. Please watch this space for further developments.
Other professionals: If you are a professional not covered by the above categories, you may receive a CE Certificate of Attendance verifying up to five (5) hours of Symposium attendance. Before you register for CE, check with your CE provider to ensure they will accept a Certificate of Attendance for your CE credit.
