Scott Taylor is a more than a traditional Scotsman, and he has the knees to prove it. In honor of his 60th birthday, Scott has decided to wear a traditional Scottish kilt every day in 2014. When he made this decision last Fall, Scott had no idea that the coming Minnesota winter would see more than 50 days with temperatures below zero!
